First Division

Teams (12): Baracas, Caledonians, Davenport Albion, Devonians, Eaton, Manchester Unity, Old Country, Overseas Hearts, Queen’s Park (Promoted from the Second Division), Sunderland, Thistles and Wychwood (Promoted from the Second Division).

Champions: Overseas Hearts

Second Division

Teams (12): Bank of Commerce, Don Valley (Relegated from First Division), Dunlops (Promoted from Third Division), Fraserburgh, Heart of Midlothian, Hiawathas, Lancashire (Promoted from Third Division), Maple Leaf, Orchard, Sons of Scotland, Toronto Street Railway (Promoted from Third Division) and Ulster United (Promoted from Third Division).

Champions:

Promoted to the First Division: Dunlops, Lancashire, Toronto Street Railway and Ulster United.

Third Division

Teams (16): Bell Telephone, Berkeley Street, British Imperials, Cedarvale, City Diary, Consumers Gas, Corinthians, Diamond E., Fred Victor, Gerrards, Gunns, Mount Dennis, Polsons, Robertson, Swansea, West Toronto United
