Referees

In May 1955 the National Soccer League appointed its referees for the 1955 season.There were four well-known referees:

Harry Sadler, Jack Craig, Tommy English and Ray Morgan

Three newcomers came from Europe:

Mike Devine, Bill Lomberg and Alan Davies

Review of the season

Toronto Ukraina won the league championship.

Ulster United won the playoff championship.

Huddersfield Town toured North America.

Hamilton Westinghouse and St. Andrews/Earlscourt dropped out of the league after the season.
