The club had applied for incorporation as a joint stock company with a capital of $50,000, divided into 1,000 common shares of $50. Rovers played their home matches at Kelsey Park. Kelsey Park was an enclosed ground that had been built for the Rovers in 1924. It had a seating capacity of 6,000.
