Twin brothers Angelo and Hector Pizorno were born on May 10, 1934 in Rosario, Santa Fe in Argentina. The boys started their soccer careers with local club Rosario.

Inside left Angelo later played for Club Deportivo Oro in Mexico. Outside left Hector played for Rosario club Newell’s Old Boys in the Argentinian Primera Division.

In April 1960 Angelo joined Toronto Italia. Toronto Italia won both the 1960 National Soccer League championship and the playoff championship. Angelo ended the season as the NSL’s leading goalscorer having scored 24 league goals.

Before the 1961 National Soccer League season Angelo moved to Toronto Roma. He helped Roma win the 1961 NSL championship and scored 15 league goals.

In May 1961 twin brother Hector signed for the Polish White Eagles. Hector failed to impress as much as his brother and after only scoring one goal in the National Soccer League he left the club.
