Toronto Ukraina won the 1964 National Soccer League championship. They finished the regular season with 31 points in 21 games. They finished the season four points ahead of second-place Montreal Cantalia.

On Monday October 12 Toronto Ukraina won the O’Keefe playoff championship final by beating Abruzzi 4-1. This was the second year in row that they won the NSL championship.

Coach of the team was Oleksander Skocen. Captain of the team was Leo Dowhaluk.

The roster included brothers Paul and Leonid Dowhaluk, DeSisto, Armstrong, Sullivan, Swain, Jackie O’Neill, McKay, Louis Caruso, Weinreich, David, Romanov, Galai, Fred Peterson and Dermastiya.
