Toronto Ukraina won the 1964 National Soccer League championship. They finished the regular season with 31 points in 21 games. They finished the season four points ahead of second-place Montreal Cantalia.

On Monday October 12 Toronto Ukraina won the O’Keefe playoff championship final by beating Abruzzi 4-1. This was the second year in row that they won the NSL championship.

Coach of the team was Oleksander Skocen. Captain of the team was Leo Dowhaluk.
