Frank Keeton was born in Paisley, Scotland on January 28, 1933. He grew up playing soccer in his local streets. He was said to have played for Partick Thistle, Leicester City and St. Mirren in the United Kingdom.

After serving in the Royal Air Force Frank moved to Canada.

The 5’8″ and 143 pounds outside left or outside right starred for White Eagles and Ukraina in the National Soccer League.

Frank passed away at the age of 79 on July 18, 2012 in Toronto.
