Carlo Bosco was born on 24 October 1963 in Toronto, Ontario.
Carlo played soccer at George Mason University in the U.S.A. He was drafted by by Cleveland Force in the third round of the 1983 Major Indoor Soccer League draft.
In October 1983 Carlo signed an amateur contract with Major Indoor Soccer League club Cleveland Force. He spent the 1983-84 season with Cleveland Force’s reserve squad.
On March 19, 1986 Carlo joined Toronto Blizzard. The Blizzard won the NSL regular season championship and the NSL Cup in the 1986 National Soccer League season.
Carlo was voted as the 1986 NSL Player of of the Year in the 1986 NSL Season.
In December 1986 Carlo was picked by Toronto Blizzard in their list of protected players for the inaugural season of the Canadian Soccer League that was scheduled to start in 1987.
In May 1987 Carlo joined Toronto Blizzard. Blizzard were founder-members of the Canadian Soccer League.
Carlo played for Toronto Blizzard in the 1988 Canadian Soccer League season.
