Bio:
Frank was born and grew up in the Govan district in Glasgow, Scotland. He started his career in Scottish junior soccer before signing for South African club Arcadia Shepherds.
Then moved to Canada and played for Hamilton British Imperials. Won the Ontario Inter-City League, League Cup and the Spectator Cup with Hamilton Superga in 1966.
Frank then was the player-coach of Toronto Celtic.
Signed for Syracuse Scorpions before the start of the 1969 American Soccer League season.
Then played for the Washington Darts in the North American Soccer League for two seasons.
Signed for Miami Gatos in March 1972. Released by Gatos 19 June 1972.
Played for New York Cosmos in the North American Soccer League in the 1974 season.
Then joined Hamilton Italo-Canadians in the National Soccer League.
Coach of the Hamilton Italo-Canadians in the 1978 National Soccer League. Also coached at McMaster University
Player-coach of Brantford Falcons in the 1979 Ontario Intercity Soccer League.
Then was the Hamilton District regional coach for the Ontario Soccer Association.
Passed away at the age of 63 on 1 January 2009 in Hamilton, Ontario.
