Bio:
Frank came to Canada from Italy as an eight year old. He grew up in Etobicoke, Ontario.
He started his soccer career with the Toronto City juvenile team. In the 1964 season the team played their games before the start of the National Soccer League games at Stanley Park in Toronto on Sunday afternoons.
He then progressed to senior soccer in Etobicoke.
Before the start of the 1972 National Soccer League season Frank joined newcomers Toronto Italia from Toronto & District League club Azzurri. He broke his leg near the close of the 1972 National Soccer League season.
Frank then played for First Portuguese in the NSL in the 1974 season.
