Bio:
Tony grew up in Mississauga, Ontario. He started his soccer career in minor soccer with the Mississauga Soccer Club. He then joined Toronto Italia’s Under-14 team and played for that club in the Ontario Cup in the 1982 season. He was chosen NSL Player-of-the-Year in 1984.
Tony played for the Canadian National Youth Team in the 1986 CONCACAF Championships.
Tony earned his first full cap for Canada against Bermuda in February 1988.
Traded from Nova Scotia Clippers to Hamilton Steelers on 30 July 1991.
