Bio:
Ray started his soccer career with the junior clubs of Hamilton St. Peters and Hamilton Superga.
His goalscoring helped Mohawk College win the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association championships in 1969 and 1970.
In the 1970 season he helped Hamilton Italo-Canadians win the Ontario Cup, Inter-City Soccer League championship and the Spectator Cup.
From the 1972 season he played as a semi-professional in the National Soccer League with the Italo-Canadians.
He was inducted into the Mohawk College Hall of Fame in 1993.
Ray passed away at the age of 73 on December 9th, 2020.
