Bio:
Started his soccer career at the age of 12. Made his first team debut for Boca Juniors in 1951. Then joined the Tigre club.
Moved to Mexico where he played for Club América, Atlante and Nacional.
Joined Toronto Roma in 1962. Helped the club win the 1962 Eastern Canada Professional Soccer League championship.
Returned to Toronto Roma for the 1963 Eastern Canada Professional Soccer League season. After the season Jorge received the 1963 Player’s Trophy, emblematic of being rated as the best player in Toronto by local sportswriters.
Played for Boston Metros in the American Soccer League in the 1963-1964 season.
Player-coach of the Boston Metros in the 1964-65 season.
Won the 1966 Eastern Canada Professional Soccer League championship with Toronto Italia-Falcons in the 1966 season.
Played for Boston Tigers in the American Soccer League in the 1966-1967 season.
Returned to Canada and played for the Toronto Falcons in the National Professional Soccer League in the 1967 season.
