Bio:

Frank started playing youth soccer in Hamilton, Ontario. He then went on to play for Hamilton Superga and Hamilton Italo-Canadians.

In 1972 Hamilton Italo-Canadians was accepted as members of the National Soccer League. In the 1975 NSL season Frank was the captain of the Italo-Canadians. The Hamilton Italo-Canadians left the National Soccer League after the 1978 season.

Frank then became the player-coach of the Binbrook club in the Southern Ontario Soccer League.

In the 1983 season he coached the Hamilton Steelers reserve team.
