Bio:
Victor was born in Pech, Yugoslavia on March 6, 1967. At an early age his family moved to the United States and Victor grew up in Detroit, Michigan.
Graduated from Harper Woods Notre Dame High School in Detroit in 1985.
In November 1986 Victor joined Major Indoor Soccer League club New York Express. The club folded in February 1987.
Victor then had a try-out with American Indoor Soccer Association club Canton Invaders.
On March 19, 1987 he signed a ten-day contract with MISL club San Diego Sockers.
Spent the 1987-1988 season with the San Diego Sockers’ reserve team.
Joined National Soccer League club Windsor Wheels in May 1988.
Victor joined American Indoor Soccer Association club Dayton Dynamo for the 1988-1989 indoor season. He was released by Dayton in December 1988. In January 1989 he joined AISA club Chicago Power.
He rejoined Windsor Wheels before the start of the 1989 National Soccer League season.
On July 30 1989 he signed a one-year contract with Canadian Soccer League club North York Rockets.
In September 1989 he was traded from Chicago Power to Dayton Dynamo.
In July 1990 he was selected by new National Professional Soccer League club Illinois Thunder in the 1990 NPSL expansion draft.
In September 1990 he was acquired by Hershey Impact from Illinois Thunder.
In October 1991 he was obtained by NPSL club Detroit Rockers from Harrisburg Heat.
Draftet by Major Soccer League club Cleveland Crunch in the expansion draft before the 1992-1993 MSL season.
Victor played for Detroit Wheels in the USISL in the 1994 season.
In April 1995 he was selected by Continental Indoor Soccer League club Detroit Neon in the 1995 CISL Draft.
