Bio:
Norrie started his soccer career as a part-time professional with Arniston Rangers. Signed for Scottish League club Arbroath in November 1960. During his two and half seasons with Arbroath he scored a total of 82 goals, this included 37 league goals.
In August 1963 Norrie was transferred to Falkirk. He started the season in the first team as a centre forward, but due to injury lost his place to former Irish international Sammy Wilson.
On Thursday 19 December 1963 he signed for Wrexham for a fee of £2,500. He made his league debut against Southend on Saturday 21 December at inside left. The Third Division match ended in a 1-1 draw. Norrie played mostly for Wrexham’s Cheshire League side.
In July 1964 he joined Berwick Rangers.
Norrie joined Eastern Canada Professional Soccer League club Toronto City in April 1965.
