Bio:
Sandro started his soccer career with St. Wilfrid’s Catholic Youth Organization. Then moved to Yorkview, the Toronto Italia youth team and Centro Azzuri.
Picked by Canada’s Under-16 National Team for a training camp at McMaster University in June 1987.
Was only 16 years old, the youngest at the time, when he joined Canadian Soccer League club North York Rockets in 1988. A student at James Cardinal McGuigan Catholic High School.
Started the 1989 season with Toronto Italia in the National Soccer League, before returning to CSL club North York Rockets in August 1989.
