Launched in Toronto on Monday 1 March 1926. The name, Craigavon, was adopted from the home of the Prime Minister of Northern Ireland Sir James Craig.
This was the second club from “Ulster” in Toronto, as Ulster United was playing in the National Soccer League.
The club colors was Derby Crimson with the then new Ulster crest, a blue cross and the red hand on a white ground.
The club reached the 1926 British Consols Finals
