Bio:
Luis started his soccer career in the junior system of Santiago Wanderers in Valparaíso in Chile. Then played for Santiago Wanderers’ second team.
On 25 May 1986 he made his debut for Toronto Blizzard in the National Soccer League. Luis scored one goal in Blizzard’s 5-0 over St. Catharines Roma in the NSL Cup.
In 1987 Toronto Blizzard joined the newly-formed Canadian Soccer League.
Placed on waivers by Blizzard on CSL Deadline Day 1 August 1988. Was not claimed by any teams.
Joined Edmonton Brick Men in June 1989, released by the Brick Men after only two games later in June 1989.
