Bio:
Suad started his career with his local club Slaven Živinice in 1963.
Joined Yugoslavian Second Division club Sloboda Tuzla before the start of the 1967-1968 season. Helped Sloboda earn promotion to the First Division and stayed with the club until the end of the 1973-1974 season.
Played for Sloboda Tuzla in the 1970–71 Yugoslav Cup final.
In 1974 he joined Toronto Croatia and played in the National Soccer League in the 1974 season.
Then returned to Yugoslavia and joined Radnik Bijeljina.
