Born in Buffalo, New York. Moved to England at the age of 11. Attended Mercury Naval Training College in Southampton, England.
Returned to the United States where he starred for Germania Becks in the Buffalo & District Soccer League.
Captain of the Buffalo Blazers in the 1976 National Soccer League season. After the 1978 NSL season the Blazers took a one-year leave of absence.
Returned to the National Soccer League with the Blazers in the 1980 season.
