Formed in Toronto, Ontario, in 1962 and took its name from the Ballymena United club in Northern Ireland. This as eight of the new club’s governors were from Ballymena, two from Belfast and one from Dublin.
Won the Ontario Cup and the Canadian Challenge Trophy in the 1967 season.
Folded and withdrew from the Toronto & District Soccer League after the 1967 season.
