First Portuguese Canadian Club was formed in 1956.

1957

Joined the Toronto Senior Soccer League.

1969

Won the National Soccer League championship.

1990

First Portuguese won the National Soccer League championship by beating Panhellenic 3-0 on September 12, 1990.

After the season First Portuguese dropped out from the league.
