The Oakville professional soccer club was formed at an inaugural meeting on Saturday April 19, 1975. The meeting was held at the Power Boat Club in Oakville.
The club joined the National Soccer League before the start of the 1975 season.
Finished third in the second division in 1975. After the season they changed their name to the Toronto Falcons.
