Bio:

Sun Soccer Boy in 1977. Attended Semammio High School in White Rock, Alberta. Scouted by Ipswich Town.
Drafted by new North American Soccer League club Calgary Boomers in December 1980. Signed a one-year contract with the Boomers on 31 March 1981.
Scored the winning goal in a 2-1 win in an exhibition game against Ipswich Town on 10 June 1981.
Purchased by Toronto Blizzard on 6 October 1981. Spent the 1982 season mostly playing for Toronto Blizzard’s reserve team. Placed on waivers by Toronto Blizzard on 6 September 1982.
Signed for Canadian Professional Soccer League club Calgary Mustangs on 26 April 1983.
Then had a short spell with Chile in the Calgary-based World Indoor Soccer League(!).
In 1984 he was reported to be working as a carpenter and store manager in Calgary.
In the 1985 season Dave played for New Westminster Queens Park Rangers in the Pacific Rim Soccer League.
Coached White Rock United in the 1990’s.

Was drafted into the nasl 1- round # 5 Made the sr Canadian national team squad At 16 years old for the Mexico draw when Gerry gray scored. Was the leading goal scorer nation youth team in 1980 Turned pro nasl in 1980 at 17 yrs old with Calgary Boomers
