Pedro Kozak was born on 11 January 1949 in Argentina. He started his professional soccer career with Club Atlético Lanús in Argentina.

In the 1972-73 season Pedro played in seven league games and scored two goals for Club Atlético Lanús.

In 1973 Pedro moved to Canada and joined Toronto Italia. Italia finished in fifth place in the final standings of the 16-team 1973 National Soccer League.

Pedro played with the Canadian-Hungarians in the 1974 National Soccer League season.

In the 1975 National Soccer League season Pedro played with the Serbian White Eagles and helped the Eagles win the NSL Cup.

Pedro joined Panhellenic before the start of the 1976 NSL season.

He spent the 1981 season with Club Argentino.

In 1982 he joined Dinamo Latino.

Pedro coached Toronto Blizzard in the 1992 Canadian Soccer League (6-8-6) and in the 1993 American Professional Soccer League (10,14).

From 1995 until the end of the 1996 season Pedro coached Chattanooga Express.

Pedro passed away on May 31, 2020 in Hixson, Tennessee.
